You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.

The following are not permitted:

Any price we give you through this website, by email, by text, or over the phone is an estimate. It is based on what you have told us about the vehicle and the glass, and it holds until we inspect the work in person.

We confirm the final price at the shop, before any work begins and before you are charged. If an inspection changes the price (old film that has to be stripped, glass or paint that is damaged, a dent that cannot be worked without repainting, or a vehicle that is not the one described), we will tell you what changed and what it costs, and you decide whether to go ahead.

Prices listed on this website are for general guidance, may change without notice, and are not an offer to perform work at that price.

Window film we install carries the film manufacturer’s warranty, on the manufacturer’s terms and for the period they set. That warranty belongs to the manufacturer, and claims under it are handled through them.

On top of that, Pro Auto Design warrants its own workmanship: if film we installed bubbles, discolours, or peels, bring the vehicle back and we will make it right at no charge for the film or the labour.

Neither warranty covers damage that is not ours to answer for: scratches from cleaning the glass with the wrong products, damage from a razor or an abrasive, film cut or torn after it left the shop, glass that breaks, or a defect in the vehicle itself. Keep your invoice: it is the proof of purchase for both warranties.
