Pro Auto Design is at 1972 Fulton Ave in the 95825, which puts the bay on the main north-south spine of Arden-Arcade, a few blocks south of Marconi and a few minutes north of Arden Way. If you live in Del Paso Manor, Sierra Oaks, Arden Park or Wilhaggin, you already drive past us. If you work at Point West or shop at Arden Fair, you are five minutes away with no freeway involved.
Arden-Arcade is unusually mixed for a Sacramento community, and the work follows the mix. Fulton, Howe, Watt and El Camino carry a dense run of dealerships, strip centers, offices and medical suites, which means acres of surface parking and, with it, the highest concentration of door dings and shopping-cart creases we see anywhere. A few blocks off those corridors, American River Drive and the streets through Sierra Oaks and Arden Park run to large custom homes, where a car is more likely to spend the afternoon on a driveway in full sun than in a lot, which makes it a conversation about heat and UV rather than dings.
Being local also changes how the appointments work. Almost always, as long as the paint is not cracked, chipped or scraped through to primer. A mall-lot ding is taken at walking pace by somebody else’s door, which is about the mildest thing that can happen to a panel. Send us a photo and we will tell you straight, and point you at a body shop if it is not a paintless job.
Not with what we install. Neither our nano-ceramic nor our nano-carbon film contains metal, so neither will interfere with GPS, cell signal, keyless entry or tire pressure sensors. That is one of the practical reasons we do not carry metalized film at all.
